Flower Subscription FAQ

What comes in my sending you aloha box?
Each subscription order contains farm fresh hand-picked bouquet (vase not included). Seasons change and so you will receive the freshest flowers from Hawaii.


When do orders arrive?
Your first Box will be delivered approximately one week after your initial subscription. Following your first shipment, your future shipments will arrive each month according to the delivery date of your first shipment. We deliver Tuesday-Friday.


Is shipping on subscription orders always free?
Yes, the shipping cost is included in your subscription.


Can I give my subscription as a gift?
Of course, but you will need to make arrangements a minimum of two weeks prior to the requested delivery address and recipient change.  Please contact us at: sendingyoualohahi@gmail.com


When will I be billed?
You will be billed for your plan immediately upon signup.  After the subscription cycle ends (month-to-month).  If you signed up for auto-renewal, you will be billed 8 days before your next shipment arrives.


Can I skip/pause my subscription?
Yes, you can skip a shipment or pause your subscription anytime. You will not be charged for skipped months but will need to provide notification of your request. Contact us at sendingyoualohahi@gmail.com and we will be happy to assist you.


What is the cancellation policy?
If you would like to cancel your membership, you must do so before the next bill date or you will continue to be billed for the following orders. We hate to see you go! If you’re canceling due to an unsatisfactory experience, we want to make it right. Please contact us by email at sendingyoualohahi@gmail.com.

Please note: An email will be sent to verify you have canceled your subscription and if you do not receive an email, you did not cancel. Keep in mind that we process orders as soon as we receive them, so if you need to cancel and your first order has already been processed, we will only be able to cancel upcoming orders. Please be sure to cancel your subscription before your billing date to avoid renewing your subscription for the next cycle.


May I make special requests to modify arrangements in my subscription order?
Unfortunately, we cannot personalize requests to our subscriptions. The flowers we  select are the best and freshest varieties according to the time of the year.
